I'm a walker. I've always been a walker. I'd walk for miles and miles when I was younger with no exact purpose. Kinda like Forest Gump just felt like running, I always just felt like walking.
So I started walking a lot more this past year. The trouble is that I live in a very cold state and while I do all sorts of walk at home type videos it's just not the same.
So until spring comes I felt like I needed to try something to keep active and after much hesitation and deliberation I made an appointment with a yoga instructor.
Today was the appointment, and I was scared and nervous, but in the end I LOVED IT! It was an all around amazing experience! I signed up for some more classes throughout the week and I'm so happy to have found an activity I love!
Hope everyone else's week is off to as good of a start as mine!
