It's a huge step for me!
I've always thought yoga looked fun interesting. I've watched a few yoga videos thinking that maybe someday I could do those stretchy yoga things...
But I never gave it a try. I kept thinking that I'd try when I was in better shape.
I finally just committed to it. I have a private session booked with an instructor and we have talked already and I have explained all my concerns; overweight, not flexible, never done yoga etc so she knows what to expect and I'll go from there!
I'm excited and nervous and scared but mostly excited!
Any yogis here wanna offer any tips?
