Knee pain that never goes away?
Post Body

I started exercising and walking more frequently about a month ago. About two weeks in, my right knee started to ache. It’s never painful or consistent. But it always seems to be there, even when I took almost a full week off exercising.

Anyone had anything similar? I have been trying to remember to ice it. Worth going to an orthopedic? If you’ve had similar pain, what ended up happening?

Update: Went to Ortho today. They took some X-rays. Turns out from what the doc can see it's mild arthritis. They are going to put me on a steroid pack to help with inflammation. I am to give it two months and if it's not better they may consider cortisone shot or MRI to see if something else is going on. Good news is I can exercise and Doc gave me a good direction for strength training!
