sometimes, i get so frustrated hearing “drink xyz zero, it tastes exactly the same.” no. it doesn’t. it absolutely doesn’t. especially if you’re neurodiverse and can pull specific things.
i know mountain dew zero is the better option. but please tell my audhd brain i’m not trying to kay eye ell ell myself when i drink it so it doesn’t need to viscerally react please 🤦🏻♀️
I can't stand the zero stuff either. And then they say "just drink sparkling water to replace the bubbles". Um that tastes like shit. Why would I replace sweet soda with bitter bubble water?
When I am successful at not driving soda, it's crystal light or plain ice water.
