Two NSVs this week!

I'm so proud of myself for having two NSVs this week.
The first is that my underwear has become baggy and saggy...and it's driving me crazy! It's a great feeling though.
The second (Maybe TMI)....
is that for the first time in several years I'm able to use the bathroom without using a toileting aid. It's awesome to reach body parts that were inaccessible for too long.
