Throttle died on RX

Anyone had any issues with their throttle and pedal assist just dying out of no where?
I was riding home from work yesterday and going up a slight incline then all of a sudden I watched my range drop from 15 miles to 3 miles, and my throttle went dead and pedal assist even on level 4 was barely working.
Also just bought the bike 3 weeks ago and it only has about 125 miles on it.
