Is there a way to skin Sun Haven?

I've heard a lot of great things about Sun Haven -- it's always mention #1 when people ask for non-Stardew life sim games. However, I'm really not a fan of this art style, especially the character art (both the player character and the NPCs).
Are there any skins that change the look of the game? Thank you!
