Ancient Nelvarian sword

This is the last item for the museum that i need and i cant find info on it anywhere. I would assume it comes from nelvari enemies like the sun haven and withergate sword did but i've killed enemies in the nelvari forest for 3 or 4 days and still no sword anyone else find one yet?
