Sorry for making a post specifically about this, but I haven't been able to nail down an updated idea of what, exactly, multiplayer is like in this game with many of the more in-depth posts being a year old or so or dealing with in specifics rather than overall.

My wife and I are thinking of picking up the game and we tend to like to progress independently when we game - have and decorate our own houses, income, quest progression, but just be around for each other when the other needs help and just generally play in the same world - is this possible in Sun Haven?

How does offline progression continued from a multiplayer game work? If she started on my game and then decided to play on her own when I'm on, does she lose her house or progression?

Are there any hurdles, or issues, with playing multiplayer? Anything locked away from non-hosts?
