I was accused of something I didn't do and now my future is ruined.

I was told yesterday in a hearing that they decided on expulsion from my college as the best punishment for me. They didn't listen to my argument at all and seemed to believe the accuser from the start. The accuser's lawyer just made fun of me in their argument, and the people decided to believe them.
My future is fucked. I don't want to live the life that is following me. I didn't do the things she said, I swear. I don't want to live in this world anymore.
