I’m at the lowest point I’ve ever been

Early this morning I wrote my mom a note, it has never gotten to the point of me writing a note to anyone. I couldn’t follow through with it because I don’t want to do anything that there would be a chance of someone finding me and me surviving. I don’t want someone to find me and have to explain things. It’s morbid but I want to go in my sleep where at least people know I didn’t suffer when I passed.
