It’s really hard to think clear when my perspective is distorted.
It's like drowning. When you are sinking further and further your vision becomes more blurry. Light hits the water and refracts, making reality hard to distinguish through the haze.
You become more aware of the pressure closing in, and no matter how hard you try to take deep breaths it just feels like you’re gasping with no relief.
The water is all consuming and the more your aware of it the more you panic & sink lower.
I feel like I’m drowning right now. And sometimes I feel like it not worth coming back up to the surface. I keep trying to swim up but it gets harder and harder to remember the sunshine and the views from the top.
