Sick and tired of feeling suicidal, thinking of just going through with it already

I just got back from a vacation that was my only reason for staying alive the last couple months and now I'm hit full on with my suicidal thoughts and my shitty life and I just can't take it anymore.
I have a toxic relationship, two jobs because one isn't enough to pay the bills, six figures of student loans, no career path and friends annoyed at me threatening suicide again.
I really should just get it over with already...
