How do you deal with the fact that all your friends are friends with other people

I really can't take this anymore. I wish I could afford hospitalization but it's too expensive in America. I don't have any close family or friends idk I'm just lonely and I barely make enough to take care of myself way under minimum wage. I had a panic attack and ran out of my job and almost got fired. I wish I could take benzos tbh I just hate my life .
