Bipolar disorder has ruined my life, and I want to end it.

I just can't take it anymore. I can't stand being this way. I'm in the midst of a major depressive episode that was triggered by absolutely nothing. I can't keep living this way. I just want out. I want to be at peace, and killing myself is the only way I can see that happening. I just want out of this miserable existence.
