Coming up on one year if dad passing. I want to get a tattoo memorial and need location help.

I want to pull the “I love you” out of dads note and get it in his handwriting somewhere I can see in the one year. It took a while for my mom to be on board and I just need to settle the details now. I am thinking my arms either inner wrist or inner elbow area but I’m not sure what the pain is going to be like for those. Any ideas from someone who has tattoos there or did something similar?
