Kawasaki v900

Thinking about this as my first std bike. I used to drive a Honda wave 110cc..... It had semi auto transmission. I loved it and rode for a long time. I am 5'11" (178cm) and at the time was about 177lbs (81kg). Now....15 years later, I am 270lbs (123kg). I was offered the bike for $3300. It is a 2007 Kawasaki v900. Is this a good bike, price, option for a big dude like me?
