Laptop for CE student/streamer

Hi all, I’m looking for a laptop under $1,500 that I can use as a Computer Engineering student but also as a Twitch streamer. It needs to run code quickly but also be able to stream games like GTA without lag. I’ve looked at the Razer 15 base model and the Acer Nitro 5 but I’m not sure if they’re fast enough for streaming. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
