Build Quality and Performance come first. 7-8 hours of battery life would be nice as well.
How important is weight and thinness to you?
Low profile, ideally under 5 pounds. But I'm willing to sacrifice size for a slightly larger chassis for cooling.

Looking to run a Linux VM with Windows boot. Learning Scala for data management. Gaming/Programming Streaming netflix as a tertiary consideration.

DotA/Subnautica. High FPS preferred for DotA, Subnautica at Med/High Graphics.

Reliable build quality would be great. Looking to use as primary laptop for ~5 years.
