Should I wait up to a month or more for the Asus TUF A15 or just buy something now? (Budget $1100 USD; gaming laptop)

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE
- Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:$1100 USD, but I'd honestly prefer cheaper.
- Are you open to refurbs/used?New and available only.
- How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?Gaming laptop. I need decent build quality as it'll be mostly use at home in bed or on the couch, and occasionally brought with me to work. Multi-tasking performance valued over gaming performance only because I don't typically play a lot of games and usually play games years after they've been released, with the exception that I'm actually purchasing a laptop now so that I'll be able to play Baldur's Gate 3 when it's released. I'd prefer more battery life, but don't expect much since it's a gaming laptop.
- How important is weight and thinness to you?Thin and light would be preferred, but I know I can't really expect this from gaming laptops.
- Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.-fill here, remove dashes-
- Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.15". If there's something smaller that's more affordable than the Zephyrus G14, I'd be interested to hear about it.
- If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?Single player RPG's mostly that aren't typically graphically intensive. Need to at least be able to run Baldur's Gate 3 when it comes out, and then I should be able to play everything else released now that I'd want to like Dragon Age or Divinity Original Sin.
- Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?Webcam should be above the screen. Webcam is a must.
- Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.I've narrowed down a few options that I was able to find within my price range, so I think the conversation should be focused on that. However, if I missed something, I'd be happy to hear about it. Should I wait for the A15, or should I buy something now?
Thank you!
