Hi, I haven't owned a laptop in quite a while and I'd like to get one for use in my home. I don't need top-of-the-line specs, but I would like it to be able to do the following for about $5-600, if not less.

• Have a decent amount of RAM, lots of internal storage isn't strictly necessary.
• Have a large enough touchscreen to use as a functional studio implement- Mostly just running Reaper and other low end production programs.
• Light gaming capabilities optional (Able to run Civ 5/FTL, not looking to play anything super new).
• Built in camera would be nice but not necessary.
