Currently using a Lenovo 580, Intel Core i5-3210M at 2.50Ghz, 4 cores, with 8 Gb of RAM. A battery would be nice, but I will buy separately in return for a little more power. Similarly, a HD would be nice but I probably have a laptop SSD that I can throw in there.

This computer would be for general office work- "cloud" applications, web browsing, etc. Nothing particularly intensive.

I just don't know much about differences between processors. So if there's a good buy on this list of eBay laptops, that'd be great. Other sources are welcome as well, but I've had surprisingly good luck with used laptops from eBay.
