• Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. If you have no requirements, put N/A. Gaming.

Cities Skylines (with a fair amount of mods, assets), running smooth enough to play up until a large population. Civ VI Skyrim (Doesn't have to be on highest settings, but being able to play med-high comfortably without any performance issues.) EU4 & SC2.

Seeking an acceptable performance for the price, games don't have to run on the best settings.
