Total budget and country of purchase: Around $500, $800 max. USA

Do you prefer a 2 in 1 form factor, good battery life or best specifications to your requirements for the money? Pick or include any that apply. I'm looking for a 2 in 1 form factor with a touch screen and decent battery life.

How important is weight to you? Weight is slightly important to me.

Which OS do you require? Windows, Linux, Mac. Windows

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. 13inch to 15 preferred. Will consider other sizes

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. If you have no requirements, put N/A. Light gaming, and creating video games with Unity and Game Maker Studio

If you're gaming (leave blank if you put N/A above...), do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? Games before 2008, around medium settings, and at least 30fps.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable business grade build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Has to have a touch screen and either comes with a pen, or has a pen that you can purchase that makes the price cheaper or same as one that comes with one.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. I currently have the Lenovo U530 Touch Screen Laptop. I had gotten it for gaming and my game design courses. Turns out I don't game on it nearly as much as I thought I would. One of my class mates recently got the ThinkPad Yoga 260. I really liked how well the pen that comes with the laptop worked and how beneficial it would be for note taking in class. He found his for $800 and I don't think I could sell my current laptop for that price and I don't have alot of money to add to the money for the purchase.

I have the i7 model: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/u-series/u530-touch/

I beileve this is the one my class mate has: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/yoga-series/?menu-id=thinkpad_yoga_series
