- Purpose (netbook, ultraportable, mainstream, gaming, desktop replacement, etc.):
Gaming and College classes.
- Screen size preference:
At least 15"
- OS preference (Windows/Mac/Linux):
Windows, not sure which is best for gaming. Willing to pay for OS.
- Gaming requirements (list example games and desired fps/settings):
Older games, Dark Souls(s), Fallouts, Skyrim, newer games, GTA 5, Fallout 4. Smooth gameplay, 60 fps at least. High but not highest graphics settings. I want to be able to run the HD mod for Skyrim as well as other games.
- Other performance requirements (video editing, CAD, etc.):
 Just gaming.
- Portability requirements (constantly carried, frequently moved, mostly stationary, etc.):
Carried and moved constantly. Weight isn't a problem, durability is important. That and a hard drive that won't crap out from being moved.
- Brand preferences and reasons (already owned accessories, familiarity, business compatibility):
I haven't owned many laptops, but I don't want Dell or Toshiba.
- Any particular style that you like (examples are great):
Style isn't a huge problem. I just care about performance.

Long Batt life and High Performance.

Temp control.
Which features would you pay a premium for? (eg. high resolution screen, great keyboard/touchpad/audio, low noise/heat)
 High resolution screen( I don't need 4k though), TouchPad, low heat.
