Wicher 3 free with Sager laptops?

Nvida is saying Witches 3 is free with 970m or above laptops. On Xotics website they don't mention that the game will be included. Think its safe to say it will be even though they don't mention it? Oh and is it posable to get 3rd party battery? I wanted a little more juice then the one included in the NP8651
