Just looking for a portable and lightweight machine. Mostly a workspace for vscode.

The priority is the physical characteristics. Looking mostly for something small and thin.

How important is weight and thinness to you?

Less important then the dimensions.

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

No. This is primarily a VSCode and PDF machine secondary light communications and media playback.
