What would you say your success rate has been in finding and maintaining SRs? I’ve had a few almost successful potentials but literally all of them had stipulations that were wildly bizarre considering what transactional asks are for both parties.

I haven’t had anyone who I’ve encountered complain about my physical appearance. Most in fact, think I’m beyond modest. My personality and intellectual cocktail usually establishes connection rather quickly. My inbox, is flooded with flakey scams or ill-prepared SDs (wannabes).

To preface, I expect SDs to have their own schedules that they maintain but despite the distance parameters (my area isn’t a hot spot of SDs), I am flooded with long distance offers that turn into nothing.

How long are you chatting with your SD before M&G? How often does he want to meet? And typically how long do your SRs last?

The biggest offer I had was annual salary. And yes, “salary” is his exact verbiage. Given that I relocate within his city, housing & utilities paid (in my name) with additional allowance. There are definitely rules/terms I’d need to agree to. I’m leaning to consideration.

I just wanted to get an idea of your timeframes before finding a semblance of a local SD.
