Did I go too far?

Was chatting with a POT who is married (not my problem) but he was using his real info. Very quickly found his FB and wife's name.
He gave a stupid low number so I texted "maybe if you saved your pennies for [wife's name] you wouldn't be on Seeking" and blocked.
Too much?
