Double major not paid as much as a BA

Post Body

Just wanted to vent. Its my first year subbing. I was doing more paperwork on our education and it asked for our college transcripts and how many college credits we had. I have 193 college credits because I was a Double Major rather than going for a BA. A BA degree is only 120 credits, but because I don't hold a BA, just my double major I will be paid as if I am one of the "uneducated subs" meaning I dont hold more than a Highschool diploma or GED. $117/day vs $125/day even though everyone in HR and when I was in college etc, and ever since I graduated all saying that doing the double major was harder than going for the BA, and in the past I have gotten other jobs that were listed for BA holders and gotten paid MORE because I was a double major instead of a BA.

I have a B.S. in 3 different subjects (i.e. a Liberal Studies degree). I can't technically say I have 3 degrees even though I have 3 minors to make one degree. I basically "feel" like I have 3 degrees, but I simply can't say that in writing or to an employer.
