First time subbing and I have a lot of piercings

I’ll be starting next week and after going through the handbook, I noticed some of the policies seem a bit outdated, particularly regarding piercings. It states that only women are allowed to wear earrings, and no other piercings are permitted. I can easily remove my earrings and nose rings, but my eyebrow piercings can’t be taken out until October. Would that be acceptable?
