I'm single with no kids and i've been a tech worker, but i'm looking to substitute teach while I continue to job hunt for a tech job. I'm in California and I passed the CBEST and was recently issued a 30 day substitute teacher credential and took a TB test so i'm qualified to sub now. I've applied for 2 school districts so far, larger city districts, and I have my first interview with a large city school system next week. I don't have a lot of recent experience with kids, but I was a shift leader in a pizza parlor when younger while in school for five years. This was when I went back to school after my first degree. At this job I managed a number of teenagers, and I thought I might fall back some on that experience if it helps. What are some tips on how to pass this sort of interview and what sort of questions to expect and how to handle them?

Safe for me lol. I had small talk with my interviewer since we went to same university and had the same degree
