What are some red flags about a school? Just curious to see y'all's thoughts.
Post Body

  1. Multiple text a week for you to sub on the same day

  2. The overly niceness of the staff at the school

  3. (Big one for me) Putting you in the system without asking of before contacting you. Like bruh you can't just do that. I could have had something important going on that day or somewhere I wanted to be (like going to a school I wanted to sub at for that day).

  4. (Big one) The staff making you feel unwelcomed

These are all the important ones imo, for 3. I hopped around between two different middle schools last year (one of them is where I went to) just to see where I feel more at home at when subbing and possibly find out where I would like to work at one day.

Comments
  1. That quiet smile from admin staff.
  2. I ask the kids how they get dismissed (i.e. by building or floors).
