Going from 10mg subutex a day to a 100mg sublocade shot will I feel withdrawal please help

Hi so I’ve been on and off bupe for years now I did the sublocade and had zero withdrawals was fantastic unfortunately I picked up again I’ve been on 10mg subutex 6mg in the AM and 4mg in the evening I just went to my sublocade doctor and I was under the impression I was getting a 300 but she said no we have a 100 here for you idk what happened but I got the 100 and I’m nervous of going into withdrawal should I be okay? My doctor said I should be more then fine and not go into withdrawal if anyone can help that would be much appreciated This is my very first reddit post Thank you
