I’m struggling to truly believe and I keep procrastinating. Please help!!!

So over the past couple weeks I’ve been really confident in knowing what I want to manifest and have found the sub makers I want to use but I keep putting it of and saying “oh I’ll start listening next week” or literally finding any excuse I can to not listen and focus on what I want. However, today I was looking up the best ways to manifest quickly and permanently and multiple things came up saying that manifestation and subliminals aren’t real so not I’m starting to loose belief. Please assure me that it will work and please help stop me from procrastinating 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
