-English is not my first language but I'll do my best-

I'll show you pictures in the future, if I get more noticeable results. I've only got two results, height and eye shape, and maybe symmetry but I'm not 100% sure.

In this month I grew like 1.5 or 2 cm :) I did stretches for like 3 or 4 days xD, but they probably helped me. I am a 16 years old female, and I know that I am still a teenager but my family is really short and i havent grown this much and this fast since i was 13 or 14. I measured myself in both, day and night because you are taller at the morning. I used Sapien Medicine, I wasn't constant so some days I didn't listen to it. But I tried to listen 15 or 30 minutes a day. I also used Audio surgeon Ivy for 5 or 6 days, but I think Sapien medicine was more helpful.

I'm not sure about my eye shape and symmetry, it could be placebo but i doubt it. I have hooded eyes, and one eye is more hooded than the other. Today I woke up and noticed that my right eye (the most hooded) was almost the same as my left one. I took some pictures and there is a difference, but I prefer to wait since it could be the angle / placebo. I used different english subs but finally, I changed to spanish subs because my english results were really slow.

My english is like a 4/10, I can watch videos with simple vocabulary and even if I understand the affirmations, i think I didn't get as many results as I did with Spanish. So I kinda wasted 3 weeks :/
