My height increase after listening to weight loss subliminal

Is this like normal? I did lose a significant amount of weight,but I noticed that I also became taller? I used to be 5'8 now i'm 5'11.....and no,I dont think this is puberty cuz I am 22 now( I listened to the subliminal for 5 month now)
Oh and I don't actually want to be taller,so should I listen to a subliminal to shorten my height?will it affrct my weight loss result?
