which vinyl to use for sublimation?

Sis... it may be Italian but I can't get that particular product sent to the Netherlands. I read that's the one vinyl I should use to print on sublimation dyes and use it on cotton.
I thought someone here would recommend a similar one.
The terms are very confusing, some advertise their product as film and in the description they use the word paper. I search for HTV (vinyl) and the results show film or paper. Why can't people stick to one term? It's like those who write a lot about the difference between ink and dye printers and then they say "but we call sublimation dye a sublimation ink".
