Anyone have an idea why I have problems with 4th gear going up hill?

I drive 10 XT Limited AT. Driving up the Cajon pass in So Cal, every time the tranny reaches 4th gear, I start to lose power. As soon as the RPM's get to about 2500, it kicks into 3rd and I start accelerating again. I checked the OBDII and the tranny temp shows about 170 F. I appreciate your help.
