How to deal with a breakup from my Dom
Post Body

I had my first Dom/sub relationship that lasted a year. It was long distance but it was a 24/7 dynamic with rules and structure. Now that it has ended I feel so lost and alone and hurt. He is still in contact and wants me to follow some of the rules to help me carry on after it has ended, things like water intake and continue the shared journal. I have no friends or family that I can talk to about this because this is a private part of my life. I keep begging him to let me continue to be his sub and I just can't accept it and move on. It's been a week and I still feel the same pain and hurt. How to people get over the ending of a dynamic?
