Is there a way to work around this?

So for the past week I've had really bad sleeping problems, nightmares at first but then I started just not sleeping at all

Staring into darkness for hours and then looking at my clock to realize I've been laying in bed and still haven't fallen asleep

BOOM it's 6am and i haven't had any sleep so now my body is dysfunctional I'm sore I have a headache and the effects keep going endlessly.

I've tried melatonin and though the gummies taste good they don't work, so I switched to the actual pills and nothing. Before I was consuming Tylenol pm extra strength and that knocked me out cold usually but recently not even that has been able to put me to sleep.

I've tried asmr and that was unhelpful because I have bad sensory issues and my ears single and thunder and rain tends to be the opposite of soothing.

I haven't had this issue in months but it's came and gone and returned and it's a whole cycle

I dont want to bother anyone with this issue rigjt now because I'm not sure if it's actually easier than I'm making it but I need a bit of advice?

What I know helps me is sleeping with someone and I'm not fortunate enough to just grab a person and have hem lay in bed with me until I fall asleep. Sleep calling was helpful when I had someone to sleep call with but that's not much of an option either.

If this keeps going ill have to go to the doctor and I can't help but think this entire situation is stupid.

I genuinely like sleeping, I don't stay up on purpose and I don't stay on my electronics often after 10.

I dont have a dom to help me through it and I don't want to alarm anyone of my issue, it's been 2 days so far with no sleep and I'm starting to become paranoid.I never liked the dark but I definitely don't like it right now.
