Rant post/advice request! So I did a stupid. I met a guy online, we hit it off and he had me over, snd we did nothing but cuddle and talk for over 3 hours. Super sweet, super considerate; aligns with all my kinks and lifegoals. We text almost nonstop for the next 2 days, he's making time to text me even tho hes busy with double shifts then today he picks me up the second he gets off work so we can hang out again. We cuddle, things heat up, and next thing I know my mouth has gotten me an excellent spanking and an amazing roll in the sheets. And then there was no aftercare. Especially with a new Dom, I need that soothing, and I simply didnt get it. I got sent home straightaway and now I'm 2 hours in and the sub drop has hit. Hard.

Thing is, he's recently (this year) divorced and strongly seems to be avoiding attachment. How the hecc do I tell him I'm going to be struggling without aftercare, and more importantly should I just wash my hands of the situation? I don't think I can do the whole FWB D/s thing for long..... Or is that the drop talking?? I objectively know that at this point in my life, the steadying influence of a dom like him could really do me good, if he was willing.
