I have PMDD and need some words of encouragement.
I struggle with working full time and I struggle with getting overstimulated. Sir and I have been doing beginner rules for several months but we push it back a week each time I make mistakes and itβs been weeks. When I graduate we get more in-depth rules.
Iβm on my period and have PMDD/anxiety (but I think I have ADD and am waiting for my screening appt). I get overstimulated so easily it leads to me crying and having stress moments and I feel like Iβm weighing Sir down and like I have many days where Iβm not an optimal sub.
Some encouragement will be very helpful π
