For 24/7 D/s 1. Do you have anything you do to get into a sub headspace?
I’m naturally sub but somedays at work I get so wound up that I want to calm down and get back into my sub mindset. I’m wondering what tricks help you? I’m thinking of reading rules, listening to music…etc
What is your safe word? I’m new to the safe word and feel silly saying it sometimes (but note this is just an adjustment and I highly value it’s meaning and purpose). Im used to just explaining how I feel then and there instead of saying a specific word.
