Hello again! My problem was "initial" speech blocks until a week ago when I started doing exercises and stuff. I'm glad that I no longer hesitate before asking a question in class and even though sometimes I get scared of stuttering, I don't let it to stop me from initiating speech, and I try to not look away from the listener (although it's hard, but I've got it). However, I started making more short pauses within a phrase between words, and especially when I need to read something outloud or tell a story. Today was an example — I needed to read out loud our group assignment results, and I kept. pausing. after. every. word... while also inhaling sharply all the time O_O I kept it cool, but I am curious about the nature of this. Is this also speech blocks? Is it because I misplaced them from the beginning of the phrase? Do I do it wrong then? Are there any tricks specifically for this situation?
