Hi everyone! I used to stutter as a kid, then it cleared when I was in my teens, and made a sudden unexpected return last year. It's so weird, all these years I thought it was gone for good, that my brain has outgrown this problem, that it was something that was left behind. But here we are. Thankfully, today I made drastic progress with practicing simple techniques all day long yesterday and just being confident overall. But it means we never outgrow stutter? It seems to me that is lodged in our brains forever and our bodies can suddenly decide to blow dust off the forgotten brain connections, and it's unsettling
