Refund for the Ryman Shows

I purchased my ticket on SeatGeek - my first time buying via this site.
Their FAQ says not to reach out regarding cancellations however, it's been nearly a week now.
Not only is this my first experience w/ SeatGeek, it's also my first experience with a show cancellation.
Any tips or advice is appreciated!
