Need help in deciding a UAS for International Business as non-EU student.

I am in the process of going to a UAS for HBO propeduese and then transfer to a research university as an international student. Although I would like to go to a good UAS as for some reason I couldn't complete the transfer. My options are as follows and my desired course is International Business:
1) Hanze UAS Groningen 2) Zuyd UAS 3) Windesheim UAS 4) If you guys have any other recommendations feel free to give them.
