Need help forming a PICO question for psychiatric nursing.

I understand the concept of PICO but trying to pick one for psychiatric care is painful to do.
Would this be a good one?
"Would children on SSRI and nursing led therapy be more of a benefit than SSRI alone in long term by measuring the outcome from suicide rates?"
"In in-patient chronic schizophrenia pt's does social skills groups led by nurses increase conversational skills when compared to standard care?"
