Post Body

I graduate from a ADN program this spring, and my ADN program is in a hospital. my program is good in that we practice for nursing interviews/do resume building/apply to BSN programs. I am currently in another RN to BSN program online which will take me about 7 months to complete since i have a bachelor's in something else.

my hospital offers all of the students in our programs RN jobs before we graduate, contingent on when we pass the NCLEX. we are being offered a starting salary of 90k ( i am in the NYC area). Other hospitals in the area may offer more starting, but I have not started applying to them. I don't know if I should just take the offer the hospital is offering so i already have a job secure when i pass the nclex, or if i should apply to other hospitals that may offer more starting out. however, the disadvantage I have is that i do not have my BSN even though i am enrolled in a program, so i am not sure if other hospitals will hire me or offer more pay,
